Center for Rural Assistance
The Center for Rural Assistance (CAR) has been set up by the Open Society Foundation Romania, and it is a non-governmental organization, member of SON - Soros Open Network Romania. CAR started its activity in January 2000.
Since March 2000 CAR is a member of RuralNet - Network of Active Organizations for Community Development.
Since 2004, CAR is a member of PASOS - Policy Association for an Open Society.

MTU Siksali Arendusselts
Siksali Development Centre is a non-profit organisation in South-Eastern Estonia. This is one of the most underdeveloped parts of the country, with biggest unemployment and lowest salaries. The Centre was established in 2002, in order to help local people to find new ideas for alternative economic activities, so that they would not give up hope. We are working in the field of rural development, informal adult and youth education, village development, environmental awareness raising. The most common working method is carrying out different projects.

Complex of Schools of Continuing Education in Krosno
The Complex of Schools of Continuing Education in Krosno is a government public educational institution. It realizes various forms and methods of continuing education. The domain of the centre is education in the region of south-eastern Poland. It runs intra- and extra-mural education, school and out of school activities. The Complex takes many activities to generalize innovatory educational solutions, e.g. distance and modular education. It gives the opportunity of vocational improvement, retraining of the adults, softening the results of unemployment. The institution possesses its own buildings provided with specialistic laboratories and workshops, amongst them the didactic simulation firm. The Training Centre "Swiatowid" situated in Iwonicz Zdroj resort provided with the accommodational base lets extend the educational service.

The Wojciech Korfanty Center of Continuing Education
The Wojciech Korfanty Centre of Continuing Education in Bytom – (Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego im. Wojciecha Korfantego w Bytomiu) is state public educational institution for adults. At present the Centre provides education in the different types of schools, offering general and vocational qualifications. The Centre also offers the following vocational and other courses and training’s. The Centre co-operates with the local Labour Offices (District and Province), running courses for the unemployed. Since the establishing of CCE, diplomas and certificates for finishing all types of schools run by the Centre were obtained by 10194 persons. The Centre has been offering education for people with physical disabilities. In 1995-1999 the Centre took place in the Phare Multi-Country Programme for Distance Education. Within the confines of this programme in 1997 was established Regional Phare Open and Distance Learning Study Centre – ODLSC. In 1995 the Minister of Education acknowledged the Centre as a Model Centre of Continuing Education.

The EPLEFPA -Public College is a specialised centre in agriculture, the horticulture and the IAA- food processing; 130 staffs are working on the site . We are situated in the country of Agen's prunes, in a producing region of vegetables and fruits, wines. We have a technological Hall for Juice of Fruits - (apple )and a farm from 130 Hectares with a green House , ceréals , Fruits and Vegetables. Our secondary school is in full reorganization and we go towards the assurance quality.

The Hungarian Telecottage Association was established in 1994 by fourteen individuals who shared a common vision on the development of small rural communities in Hungary. The first telecottage opened in 1994. By 1999, nearly 100 telecottages were operational across the country. From 2000, the telecottage programme was included into Hungary's national development plan, targeting to double the number of telecottages in Hungary every year.
