Evaluation

The evaluation of the project will be undertaken by Wizard Project Solutions (UK), working in conjunction with all partners. Independent Evaluation is recognised and accepted as a fundamental ingredient, since it helps to ensure and objective assessment of the planning, activities, results and overall impact of the project.

The role of Evaluator is to act as a critical friend to the partnership – observing the processes undertaken in implementing the project and making appropriate recommendations and suggestions, or offering advice designed to help improve the overall effectiveness of the activities and ultimately the quality of the results.

Typically, the Evaluation will entail a regular review of: partnership co-operation; resource utilisation; aims & objectives; key performance indicators; external awareness; sustainability potential; impact assessment and management arrangements. The Evaluator will present a report (with series of recommendations) at each partnership meeting.

A copy of the final Evaluation Report will be sent to the European Commission, in recognition of their role as financers of the project.
